sounds like a problem with your lymph system and/or veins. go see the doctor. this could be a very serious problem. you could compromise your ability to have children, the function of your genitals, or other serious clotting problems (including heart attack). GO SEE THE DOCTOR. I would even suggest ER or urgent care. if you start to experiance chest pain or numbness to your legs, call an ambulance.

Not sure about your ball sack mate, but swelling in the legs is not good.
Sounds like vein problems. Get it checked out asap.
I would have mentioned dehydration or retaining water.. but i'm not sure if that applies to ye olde ball sack.

You may have varicocele and need to see a doctor a.s.a.p.
It is not normal and you need to see a doctor.
