All tomato based sauces are higher in carbs because of the concentration of tomatoes which are high in natural sugar.
I'm a member of the Kimkins Diet website and one recipe Kimmer gave to dress spaghetti squash (instead of pasta) was finely chopped tomato, onion, garlic, dried oregano & basil plus a bit of water to taste.
Much less carbs than any sauce and healthier since everything is fresh not canned. Just a thought.

there are various "healthful" spaghetti noodles and there is not any longer something "undesirable" approximately carbs. so a procedures as a spaghetti sauce it is low in carbs, attempt one with seafood and a cream base.
