I just replaced all the smoke alarms (literally) 2 months ago.

The clocks go back tonight right before bed

I am retired in Mexico. I use my watch to see what day it is.


Also, my house if 100% concrete. However, in our mobile home in Texas, I installed the ten year batteries, so I don't need to replace the batteries every six months. I just check them after being gone a while.

The modern ones with the cheap batteries start chirping when they get low, so this change them every six months may be obsolete.
