This is coming from a guy,
Girls will do virtually the same thing,
i guess when they do this it means that they are not interested, Either that or they are really flaky and irresponsible

Because women SAY they want a guy to call. But if a guy does call, you women will say he is needy. When we don't call, you all start getting upset because you aren't getting enough attention. So maybe women should stop being so enigmatic and just tell us what you want.

I think it's because they lose track of time or just do'nt think of how important it is to the person waiting by the call.
