Like this different dreams in four days disturbing i could not sleep properly why?

I don't know, but I would guess that there is some bad thing in your close environment which you do not wish to recognize or are not able to confront. I am not talking about satanic rites either; I am talking about serious problems within your family or friends, such as child abuse, rape, or other violence, probably taking place behind closed doors.

Do not watch horror movies. Just be relaxed, there is some insecurity. If you do not mind try to consult a counsellor. Pray to god to give you mental strength and confidence to overcome these things.

I have nightmares everynight of my life for the past year, the only thing to prevent it is to ask God to protect you from your dreams while you are sleeping, it works for me when i remember to ask.
