It's easier to turn the clock back before you go to sleep on Saturday night, so you don't have to wake up int eh middel of the nigth to turn the clocks back. And when you wake up Sunday morning, you are already waking up to the correct time.

You may wait until late Sunday morning as long as you don't have anywhere to be early Sunday morning. If you do have somewhere to be, you'll be there an hour earlier if you don't set your clocks back! Why not just set them back before you go to bed?

It's easier just to turn them back right before you go to bed Saturday night. That way, you don't have to wake up at 2 am, and Sunday morning, everything seems normal.

as you have seen from other answers there is no law making it illegal to turn them back (or in spring go forward) sat night before bed or sun morning after you get up. however, you may be late for appt on sun if you forget. the only time it seems to really affect one is when you work 3rd shift. when i did, you either lost or gain an hour of wages due to the time change. enjoy

If you wait until late Sunday morning and you need to be somewhere, then you will be one hour early.

The clock police will not break into your house and kiil you if you wait until after breakfast to do it. Only the restaurant may not be open when you get there. I will have to wait til daylight tomorrow to get my starbucks, Maybe I'll do it while I am waiting.

I find it easier to get up in the morning and check the clocks on my computer and VCR first; they set and reset for daylight savings time automatically.

You can if you want to. Yo can make the change anytime you want. I went through my house tonight and reset all clocks except the DVD player and the computer and they will re-set themselves,

you can even do it last thing before you go to bed this is just the official time incase your working or something at that hour you can turn it back when you get up, it doesnt matter.
