You have to practice speaking English with other people. And expose yourself to the language more.

Correct pronounciation of every word is there in dictionaries. You just have to have the patience to go through it. The faster way would be to watch english programmes on TV. Tune to CNN & BBC. You will learn english as well as know what is happening in the world around you

There are manyESL (english as a second language) books published this is what helped my class in Puerto Vallarta learn English with ease. The excersises are very interesting too.

try to listen to some decent programs on tv. BBC news may help, its easy to understand as well...the pronouciation is not as hard as those in the movies.
go to www.answers.com and type the word you want to pronounce, there is a pronounciation button which will tell u the right way to pronounce, u can learn many words using this site.

To learn to speak, you must speak. Talk with people at the store, at the bus stop, on the sidewalk, anywhere you see people. Listen intently on how they speak and watch their mouths as they form the sounds.

Buy a recorder, then record yourself reading english newspaper.
Make adjustment to it after your hear yourself.
