Homemade tacos. Put cut up lettuce,tomatoes,onions,cheese,black olives on a platter. Place cooked ground beef with taco seasoning in bowl and re fried beans in bowl.Have taco sauce and sour cream handy as well as hard or soft taco shells to fill. Have the kids make their own tacos.

home-made pizza...
you can make the dough or buy it in the supermarket
and then put whatever you have at home on it...its fun because the kids can help and it could be a game.
Also my mom makes fruit kebabs...which are really nice.
