One that i can reccomend is burgers made with soya mince. This is prepared pretty much like the regular beef or chicken burgers and the soya can be seasoned well. Soak the soya in some warm water until it attains a maleable consistency, then add an egg or two to hold the mixture together. Fry the burgers or grill them and put into the loaves. Enjoy!

The fastest and easiest meal is potato Gnocchi.
You can buy it in packets - this italian pasta dish takes no time at all - simply put it in boiling water and a couple minutes later, when it floats to the top it is done!

top wtih napoletana sauce (from the jar is quick and easy) and parmesan cheese. Done. I make this ahead of time and keep it in portion sizes in the fridge and heat it up for dinner as im always out of time. HArdly any cleaning up after dinner too!

I threw something together one time that was pretty good. My husband tore it up!

Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Cut boneless chicken breasts into small cubes. (Beef works too)
Cut up onions, green peppers and any other vegetable you like*
Cook the chicken in a skillet until done or brown.
You can cook the vegetables seperately or together with the chicken, depending on how crispy or soft you want them to be.
Add any seasoning you'd like (salt, pepper or honey for sweetness).

(I've don't stir fry vegetables from the frozen food section and I've also added frozen corn one time. It's all based on what you like.)

You can look for some low fat recipes for the crockpot and on the weekends when you have time.. just throw it all in the pot and you will have portions for the week.
