Hypothetical questions are only asked by people that don't have any real information to add to an argument. Your question makes about as much sense as asking, if my mother had been a man, would she be my father?

Hmm.. Muslims believe that the Bible is an earlier version of the Qur'an that we know of today. However, the people back then have made changes and 'amendments' making it into the Bible you now know today. Which is why God had to send a final Messenger, Prophet Muhammad, to fix this 'little' problem :)
Prophet Isa or as you call him, Jesus, (peace be upon him) would probably still be what God wanted him to be - a Messenger, a Prophet.

It would not matter which book was published first. The Word has existed since the beginning (John 1:1) and Jesus would still be the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He would still have come down to earth and give His life for our sins, and would still rise from the dead and ascend into heaven to be crowned King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

We would be living in a much more technologically advanced world where the majority of the people were Muslims. Remember, scientific advances were spearheaded by the Muslims in the world we live in today.
How's that for some food for thought...?
