sometimes the only answer is to see a dermatologist who can prescribe an antibiotic pill... when the bacteria(usually the cause of acne) becomes overabundant it can cause infection. DO NOT pick or pop any of the bumps- this will only cause irritation and scarring! DO drink lots and lots of water! And then drink some more!! DO NOT rest face on hands and try to avoid touching face altogether. DO NOT wash your face more than 2 times per day!!!!! Your skin produces oils naturally and needs some oil. Overwashing will just cause the pores to get "confused" when they are stripped of all the oil and produce even more! DO NOT use alcohol as an astringent! This will do the same thing as over washing and cause irritation. Here's something to try:
Mix baking soda(neutralizer) with water to make a face wash. Make sure the baking soda is brand new... not some that has been freshing your fridge for 6 months! The consistency should be a liquidy paste(the more liquidy the better)
Very gently rub on face in circular motion to exfoliate then rinse. being very careful not to rub too hard which could lead to more inflammation.
Next use witch hazel as an astringent.
You could finish this ritual by applying Tea tree oil directly on the blemishes. Only use one tiny drop per bump(using a q-tip might help). Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic and will cause excessive dryness and irritation if too much is used or if its applied to a large area.
Do all of this in the morning and at night.
you may have heard before that your skin always gets worse before it gets better??? This saying is 100% true!! You may think it looks "worse" but the only way your pores can clean themselves it to push any bacteria, dirt, and oil OUT. After about 2 weeks you should start to notice that your skin is actually clearing up!!!
Last bit of advice- throw away all your make-up and either go natural(this would be best at least for a few weeks...) or invest in a NON-COMEDEGENIC make-up (Neutragena brand is good and pretty cheap)

Diet,Hygiene, Patience,Maintenance and Healhty lifestyle is the key.It is best to visit a Dermatologist to prevent the acne problem from getting bad to worst.
For the time being, drink lotsa of water, fruits and vegetables. Green Bean soup purge toxics out from your blood.Drink it regularly.Barley and Hawthorn Drink helps to release heat and the impurities from your body. Apple Cider Vinegar helps too. Alot of fruit juice to detox!
And make sure your friend cleans her face in a proper way. Do not touch her face unecessarily.Keep her hair out of her face.

Leave raw egg yolk stay on the pimple over night. It works. I used to do it. It's an old American Indian remedy.

Drinking plenty of water, lets say 15 to 20 glasses per day. Water is a natural cleanser, it cleanse the body from the inside. This is one factor that can really help aside from washing.

My uncle had really bad acne, and he would buy raw sugar and scrub his face every night with it to help get rid of the pimples and help keep his face clean. Just damp your face and
gently scrub your face with the sugar and the wash with your regular facial soap.

well is she wearing lots of makeup and not keeping up with her hygene? foundation and other coverups can clog the pores and create more horryfing pimples. she should wash her face more than 3 times a day because of the increasing oil on her face each hour.

Dry them up with facials. Even a facia of egg white. You whip up the egg white and leave on the face till dry and then rinse off. Drink lots of water and stay away from caffein. Good luck.

i know that vitam e is great for skin. also, eating healthy might help, but it depends on the person. i know from expierience that natural remedies for acne may help, but they wont cure acne. for example not touching ur face, drinking lots of water and taking certain vitamins might help, but i doubt it. my best advice is make an appointment to a dermatologist. i did, ive been going to the doctor for my acne for a year now, and my skin is great. u cant go wrong with a doctor that knows what she is doing. i hope ur friend will suceed.
