You are okay dont worry about it when i was youre age i thought i was too skinny now i think i'm too fat just dont let it bother you ... You will level out to your best weight soon just be patience and dont worry about it-------- You are okay !!

If you're worried, lay off the junk food and spend more time walking, running, riding bicycles, etc. than you spend on the computer or watching television.

OK,Your overweight. Get up at 6:30am tomorrow, start doin stretches (ex. push ups, curlups, etc.) then stat jogging 2 miles and then start joging more miles later on. Come home and warm up. Have a healthy diet but dont stop eating. Ok
