It has gotten bigger but doesn't seem to bother him...to me it looks like a slightly larger than normal wart. Does anyone have any advice on what this may be or if I should worry.

Get it checked out. Tumors often just look like a warty thing.... or just a "bump". It could also be an infected hair folicle, or numerous other things. But better safe than sorry.

Wart Like Growth On Dog

2016-11-07 10:26:37 · answer #2 · answered by philbeck 4 · 0 0

I have 14 dogs now and have had at least 7 die of old age. About 4 of the ones who died already from old age, had warts on them. If the warts stay the same size and are only here or there and not a lot clustered together, then everything is probably OK. If you notice the wart growing, get to the vet quick! I remember the Dachshund (16-18), Poodle/Terrier mix(16+), Lassa Apse (14) and the Schnauzer aged at least (16+) all had warts for many years but they were as I describe.

Moles, warts, and epidermis tickets are typical epidermis lesions that grow naturally. Although they're usually low malignant, they could be humiliating if located on a visible portion such as the face. Epidermis wounds like moles and warts cause self-confidence issues to the sufferers. A person with moles normally turns into a loner since they do not wish to be noticed in public. They think embarrassed to be out in public places, so despair will obviously follow but you can now change all this with this guide from here https://tr.im/TQrhG , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.
The author of the eBook, Charles Davidson, is a practitioner in substitute medicine.  He's also a specialist in skincare, using normal solutions to heal several types of epidermis conditions.
Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is really a 100% natural program, proven to eliminate epidermis deformities such as for example skin tickets, moles, and warts, no matter how big or little they are.  It is also safe to make use of on children.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7Od

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

Any new growth should be at least metioned to your vet or visually inspected. There are many types of small growths that pets get on or just beneath their skin and most are nothing to worry about - but your vet needs to make that call.

I would schedule an appointment with your vet to have it checked out. Most likely it is nothing, but I would rather be safe than sorry.

AH! Go to the vet as soon as possible! It could be:
*cancer- this spreads to the heart, and you know, humans don't notice cancer till it is horrid, so take your dog to the vet! HURRY!
*tumer- you don't want these either, they can rap around the nerves and parolize your dog!
Please take your dog in!
