Not knowing any French is the biggest factor. If you understand what's being said, it's not all that sexy any more.

French Italian and Spanish are called the romantic languages...or female languages .... listen to "i love you" in French or Spanish and then listen to it in the male language of Japanese..notice the aggressive difference...English, German, northern European are male languages

its because france and french culture are always portrayed as the culture of love and romance. also french sounds very "soft" compared to many other languages

Don't know but I think it is the best language and accent in the world. All others have a rough tone to it.

Almost any foriegn language sounds exotic. And it's just a hop,skip, and a jump from exotic to erotic![ in my opinion]
