If two or more girls like the same guy and are friends with each other, why not consider a polygamous relationship?

Polygamy basically negates the concept of marriage...if you can't commit to one person, what's the point?

Instead of being someone's "everything," the guy ends up being a commodity, a toy tossed back and forth (or away), and a "bug on a pin" whose most intimate and private characteristics are discussed and maybe laughed about. Meanwhile, the girls will fight, compete with each other, produce children who compete with each other, and get petulant, demanding and resentful with the man. Further, the male-female relationships never develop the full depth of one-on-one because they're not sharing the full nuances of life with each other. The guy'd be better off choosing the wrong girl than trying to please two.

It would depend on how much I loved the guy and how well he were at handling the situation, wether or not he would give us both the proper attention we needed and it would depend on the girl too, wether or not she was nice to me or not.
