it depends on how the conversation went, if you had a good conversation before she said it, it most likely means she might actually call you back (20% chance), if shes done it more than once or often even though you guys have good conversations, then it means no, shes not probably gonna call you back (95-100% chance shes not calling back)

If you're 21 or over, go drink heavily in the nearest bar.
If you're not, then call up every friend you can think of (male or female) and ***** like a girl to them about it.
