Yes it will be fine, just make sure it is in a well sealed container as some of the ingredients may absorb other flavors from other foods in the fridge just as other foods in the fridge may absorb flavors from some of the ingredients in the potato salad. But doesn't a potato salad traditionally have mayo and soft or hard boiled eggs in it. Nothing wrong with not having it in there.

I have never had a problem storing Potato Salad in a working fridge for up to 5 days. Be sure the bacon is well cooked, no raw pieces on it and it should be just fine. Potato salad taste best after it sits in the fridge overnight.

Assuming all ingredients are fresh at the moment and not at the end of their sell-by date - all should be perfectly fine. Sounds like a rather nice potato salad too - never had it with bacon in before.
For future reference, the one thing to be wary of, is keeping cooked rice for any period of time, it makes little spores (invisible) and it is THIS that often gets people when they eat the remains of the previous nights Chinese / Indian food - not the meat as they usually assume.
Only make rice salads ON THE DAY :)

Not only will it be okay...it will be improved...foods like salads are always better when prepared a day in advance so that the ingredients can blend together for really great taste....This is not true for most lettuce based salads though, they tend to wilt if you put the dressing on...but if you make homemade dressings or dips it is reccomended that you prepare a day ahead.

Positively OK, even if you had mayo in it. As long as refrigerated, it is always OK. By the way, never seen a recipe for potato salad with flour in it?????

What no eggs? I always thought potato salad had eggs in it? Anyway I see no reason this should not be just fine kept in the fridge.

If you put it in a tightly sealed container and don't leave it out for more than 2 hours in the sun, then yes.
