I have a pimple that is INSIDE my nose, literally, and it has been staying there for quite some time now, almost 2 years. I'm starting to get really worried

You can get a pimple anywhere you have pores in your skin including inside the nose. However, 2 years is too long for a pimple not to naturally subside. You may want to check a dermatologist or ear, nose and throat doctor to see if some other type of abscess is happening.

The human what a wonderful thing when you have pores you have pimples and the body has pores all over it and in someplace you would never think!!! I believe if you have had this for 2 years you have some type of cycis you may want to have your Doctor check to make sure that's all it is!!!! Just to make sure that you don't have some other problem!!!

it depends on where it is in the nose whether you should attempt to pop it yourself. If its been there that long it may need to be looked at by a dermatologist. But YES you can get pimples inside the nose.

It might be an ingrown hair and that's why it's not going away. A trip to the doctor might be good idea just in case.
