Flirting is never ok when your in a relationship, whether your married or in a commited relationship. If your going to flirt you should be single because your partner should be the one your flirting with and only flirting. If he likes something different then role play is the ansewr or other wise stay single. I hope you have informed your friend of his behavior because he's making her look like a dumbie all women should stick together on issues as such. I wish the best for your friend.

Once it gets physical, it's no longer flirting; it's intimacy, regardless of what extent it reaches. I think in general it's just dangerous for people who are already married to be in friendships with people of the opposite sex. Now maybe that sounds like a "conservative" viewpoint, but unless that girl is dog-ugly, this guy is naturally going to be having "feelings" for her. That's just the way men are (not our fault, by the way). Flirting is only acceptable for married people when the person with whom they are flirting is a stranger, like a waitress or something. But in the workplace... no. Need I remind you all of the Jim/Pam/Roy situation on "The Office"? 'Nuff said.

I think flirting is a natural thing. But there's a difference between flirting and cheating. Tickling someone's neck with your lips is totally inappropriate and is cheating.

Ticking her neck with his lips is definitely crossing the line. I agree with you. He is obviously a p***k.

I think having a light-hearted friendly banter (like having a joke) is fine but anything further is unacceptable. There should never be any suggestive remarks or anything remotely sexual. If you are acting like you are courting her, it is way out of line.

I agree with you, that crosses the line of flirting when you're taken. That could lead else where very easily.

no matter how gross or vulgar thier behavior is, they are going to do it no matter what anyone thinks....i personally think that cheating on someone is wrong if you are married or even if you are just in a relationship, but even if they were both single they should not be flirting or acting unprofessional on the job....i think that they are lfaunting thier terrible values around for others to see....

Ihave always loved to flirt, and I am very taken. It's fun and harmless. It makes you feel good about yourself, that you still look good. Sometimes you need that.

What crosses the line should be decided by his wife.
