It is best to eat it on the day you bought it, because the rice gets old and the ingredients get mushy.
When I make it, I make ALOT, so it can last 3 days. It is still ok, but not as fresh and flavorful as the first day.

California rolls are sushi, yet are cooked. Sushi and sashimi are superb and while you're prepared to devour uncooked fish, attempt all of them. Salmon, tuna, and yellowtail are the main easy uncooked style the two in rolls or sashimi style. in case you like to initiate with cooked stuff, attempt spider roll (gentle shell crab tempura), shrimp tempura roll, any of the rolls with crab or shrimp are cooked. on the sashimi facet, Unagi is cooked freshwater eel. do no longer be freaked by potential of the actuality that it quite is eel, it quite is scrumptious and merely like ingesting baked fish. Be adventurous, there is large stuff to rejoice with.

I would say it would be the same for fresh fish. Never more than 1 day.
