You are probably reading the acetaminiphen mg on the bottle. Which means you probably had 6 pills today. The thing is, Vicodin comes in strengths of 5, 7.5 and 10mg mixed with various amounts of acetaminiphen (generally 500mg).
It is NOT recommended that you mix hydrocodone (narcotic in Vicodin) or Tylenol (acetaminiphen) with alcohol. You could damage your liver and/or end up in a coma.
Mixing pills and alcohol is a common way people accidently overdose.

NOT IN YOUR BEST INTEREST!
Even if you dont feel like it, your body is going to drop while you are still standing.
Usually, a doctor prescribes 5-10 mg to be taken every 4-6 hours.
3000mg divided by 12hrs = 250mg. if you didn't take the vicodin all at once this means every hour you took 250mg of vicodin. if your prescription was 10mg. a tablet, you have taken 25 tablets every hour for the past 12 hours.
25 tablets x 12 hours = 300 tablets
drinking alcohol is not what you need to be thinking about. why don't you either go to the hospital or check into a rehab.
You have gotten yourself into an extremely dangerous situation.

There are numerous cases of people mixing medication with alcohol with disastrous results--unless you wish to be one of those statistics do not drink alcohol when taking a narcotic or any medication that clearly states as vicodin does, not to.Why do you think they warn you in advance on the prescription bottle--because its Dangerous. There was a case of a girl taking just 1 low milligram Valium and had 1 drink and has ben in a coma ever since-A vegetable. Enough said

Definitely n ot. In fact, it sounds like you have overdosed on Vicodin and need to go to the ER or at least report your dosage to a nurse there. Vicodin slows the nervous system and alcohol will intensify the effect. Do not drive or operate any machinery while taking this drug.

You have already got way to much Vicodin in your system if you took that much all at once. That much Vicodin could cause serious problems. Don't drink and be sure someone knows how much Vicodin you took so they be sure you are ok. You should never drink when taking narcotics or drugs that contain Tylenol aka acetominophen. Vicodin is narcotic and has acetominophen in it.

Can you read? Go get the bottle the drugs came in, then turn it sideways and read what it says on the red lable it says DONT DRINK ALCOHOL WITH THIS PRESCRIPTION, Do not drive, do not operate machinery. This drug may cause drowsiness.
Then stop asking silly questions that you know the answer too.
