This will work, you could do the baking soda alone. But, don;t do it on a regular bases, not good for the ename. There are products on the market also to whiten teeth. Oh, You should see a difference with the baking soda right away.

I used to use Baking Soda, when I was 17 -20. It worked great, and gave me dazzling white teeth. Problem is I am now 29 and my teeth are a mess, I will prolly have to have a full set of dentures when I get saved up for it. I'm pretty sure I ruined the enamal (protective coating) on my teeth with the baking soda.

i've attempted baking soda however no longer hydrogen peroxide, and it really works fine! it begins operating very quick on account that the tough texture takes to the air discoloring even as you are brushing. The best factor--> it tastes REALLY gross. You too can take a look at Arm and Hammer company toothpaste on account that it comes with baking soda in it. Good Luck! MusicFreak

Don't use just baking soda make sure you brush your teeth three times a day with a American Dental Association (ADA) approved tooth paste. They contain fluoride, which is something that hardens your tooth enamel. If you don't have fluoride your teeth are at EXTREAM risk of cavities.
