Before what? Change the clocks back one hour, prior to bed.
Or wake up at 2:00 am, change the hour back 1 hour, and go back to sleep. Or change what clocks you couldn't tonight, some time tomorrow.

An easy way to remember: SPRING forward, FALL back. So you turn your clocks back an hour in the fall, and an hour foreward in the spring.

The easiest way is to just to do it Sunday morning when you wake up. Your cable TV time and computer time will adjust automatically. You can use one of those as the time to set your clocks to.

I know we "fall back." I plan to set my clocks back to 11 p.m. at midnight. I'm not sure if that's precisely when it should be done, but who cares.
