It means I love myself. "Mi amor" means My love. Me sounds exactly the same to "mi" in Spanish. Maybe you spelled it wrong and confused "Me amo" for "Mi amor".

"mi amor" is 'my love' like 'my lover' as a term of endearment like 'Honey'( but more romantic). "Look at this mi amor" 'Look at this my love.' Me amo means I love myself. te amo would mean I love you.

me amo would in fact literally mean "I love myself"
te amo is "I love You"
but maybe you heard "Mi llamo" (pronounced May YAH-Moe")
which would mean "MY NAME"
ie Mi llamo es Raul ==> My name is Raul

It means I love me. That's something we all need to do before we try to love anyone else.
