Tell her that she is precious to God and that
the Bible
will help her get to know Her Heavenly Father
and His Son,Jesus
And, perhaps you can tell her that because
you love her so much you desire to give her
the Best possible Gift,
a treasure of knowledge
and wisdom from God Himself ~

Write from your heart.
Tell her why you are giving her the bible and what it means to you and what you hope it will mean to her.
She will treasure it years from now, and so will you.
If you are still a bit worried, just write it down on a scrap piece of paper first, then transfer it to the bible.

Oooooh, if you had time you could have her name foil stamped on the cover.
There should be a "Presented To" page just inside that you can use to personalize it to her.
Otherwise, you may want to write something like "To my precious daughter (name), may you always have God to guide you on the road of life no matter where life takes you or how far away from us you are. Your loving parents, (etc.)

Write anything from your heart...and I encourage you to add an appropriate Bible verse...like Psalm 23 for example, or a portion of it...or a quote from Jesus....
