rush to my head/brain. it doesnt hurt at all, but it feels very odd/weird. it is only when i am face down with my eyes closed. this is going to sound weird but it feels like something is pulling thoughts out of my brain!. the feeling lasts about 1 second, then stops for 1 second then comes back. it goes away if i open my eyes or turn onto my back.

its realy scary

a docters opinion would be nice (as an answer)

It sounds to me like some kind of disorientation.

Also, if your face is against the pillow you might be getting a little less oxygen than you need. I would experiment with different sleeping positions and see if that helps.

that takes position to me continuously. that is not something to pressure about. it really is led to by technique of alien beings from a parallel universe. they are mining your head for ideas. Your ideas pulled out of your mind and processed into coal, it really is used for heating their planet and making shoes. that is all on the up-and-up. savor! .
