Even though I'm female, I'm gonna give your question a try.
Your question seems a little unclear to me. Are you taking Vicadin for a testicular problem? Or are you taking it for another condition and your testicles hurt? Did you take a blow in that area? Are you noticing any discharge, rash, swelling, e.g?
Sorry to get so personal, but a little more info would clarify your issue and how I can provide an answer.
I would have suggested taking Advil or Motrin, but that can exacerbate stomach pain.
Either way, Tylenol seems to be a safe choice. Extra Strength if your pain in severe. But if it's severe and you notice any of the issues I mentioned earlier (esp. with a fever), go to an emergency room.
If your pain is mild to moderate, see a urologist to rule anything out.
Either way, get that checked out. Soon.

Sounds like you're in Egypt (in de-nile) avoiding the REAL sensible answer, which is to get to a proctologist like yesterday. How do you know if the Vicodin is exacerbating your existing ________?-whatever it is that you have or not, because you are self-medicating, keep that in mind.too.
You shouldn't mess about, another good piece of advice, GO TO Emergency Room!
