i drink these muscle building protein drinks and it actually made me fatter why?i have a hceese burger a protein drinks and a milkshake why am i getting fatter when muscle supposed to build?

Wow. Only take protien if you are planning to exercise. You have to realize that protien doesnt build muscle, you do. Yo have to exercise and saty on a healthy diet, Protien !!HELPS!! repair your muscles faster after exercise. If you are taking in a lot of protien and not exercising right you will only gain weight

Stop drinking the muscle building shakes if you are going to keep eating the JUNK FOOD! Your body has already got enough fat in it if you keep adding then the result is going to be just a bunch of fat. You'd be better off cutting out the junk and moving a little more. It will help. Don't drink the protein shakes of you're not going to exercise after wards. Also, remember, muscle ways more than fat. Most people, when they start exercising, stay the same weight; they're not really losing the fat they have, just converting it into muscle.

Listen, you only have one life to live, and when you continueosly stress your self about how fat you are, you just make things worst for everyone. Just forget about your weight, throw away your scale, and stop stressing it man. It's not good. Love the skin your in and stop complaining. I have sickle cell anemia and you have no idea how sad I feel when people like you constanly beat up youreself because you're overweight. I have to go through life everyday trying too keep a smile on though I'm hurting inside and out. Man just quit it and be thankful for what you have.

well after you drink the muscle building drinks you are supposed to work out or else it will just add body fat instead of building muscle.

OMG!!!!! You cant just sit there thinkin that Ur goin to get mucular without any exercise, those things are sooo fatnig that if you dont work out it will turn to fat, but on the other hand if you work out like freakin crazy you can get some, or well a lot more mucle, YA HALF TO BURN IT TO EARN IT!
LOL......but seriosly you should lay off those and just stick to the high protien foods(But not to much!)and defanatley WORK OUT

you need to pump some iron to build up your muscles instead of letting the excess go to fat
