Hydrocodone will stay in your system, depending on how much you took, approximately 24--48 hours. I have had plenty of experience with this drug, believe me. I would be concerned about it for at least the 48 hour period.

Usually, pills only take a few days to get out of your system. But make sure you are taking everything you are supposed to so it will be in your system.
