15 months ago I was over weight. I had tried several different diet plans and programs over a 7 year period. I would lose but always gained the weight back and sometimes even more. In August of last year, I started taking Relacore. Relacore is an over the counter diet pill that reduces belly fat. (no I do not work for the company) I'm just a very satisfied customer. I took this for 6 weeks and lost 23 lbs. Once I stopped taking them I started taking Women's One a Day Weight Smart in hopes to maintain the weight. For the next couple of months I continued to lose until I was where I should be for my age and height. My total weight lose was 40 lbs. I continue to take the vitamins and have been able to maintain my weight. Don't give up trying. I feel so much better since I lost my weight. While taking the relacore I didn't crave sweets and when I tried eating them I couldn't. I just didn't have the taste for it. Something else that helped me was eating only until I was full. I quit overstuffing myself. I stay away from buffets and watch my portions. Hang in there and don't give up! It's worth the fight.

You should be on a Low-Carb diet, it is the best we have found. Also, check your medications, and if you can, see a herb-loving doctor. many meds have unwanted side effects, and can be replaced by herbs. The low-carb is amazing, you should definitely be on the strictest course of it, though. Other than that, you really need cardio exercising, and lots of it. you probably need to be doing more than you are now, and to see what i mean, take a look at this chart:

Good luck, I really hope you can beat this

Go on the TV show "Survivor." If you don't get accepted, go on "The Biggest Loser." If you don't get accepted there, I don't know what to tell you.
