Help is on the way. Here is a simple way to rid your nose of a stubborn pimple... Go to the closet, or wherever you store your vacuum cleaner. Attach the wand generally used to clean baseboards and such. Cup your hand around the opening, restricting the suction just enough to cover the diameter of your pimple. Turn the vacuum on, and place the wand with your hand in place over the pimple. Keep it there until the pimple is sucked clean. Problem resolved!

Wash your face regularly (not too much else your skin will get dry and produce even more oils to keep moist), and just the pimple do whatever it does on its own. Do NOT pop it; it will probably bleed, become redder and more noticeable, or leave scar (that's what happens most of the time, anyway). Don't worry; that's all I can tell you. I have the same problem, but when it's gone, you'll realize how miniscule the matter really was. I know it can be embarrassing, but try covering it up with a little bit of makeup or such.

You're better off letting the pimple do its thing than to amputate your nose.

Toothpaste. Or you can grind an aspirin with a little water to make a paste. Dab either on, it should be gone by morning.
