Grown on rainshadow,volcanic soil in the tradewinds...If you like your coffee,go get some,if possible make it 100 percent Kona.......

their fermentation is very disaplined ,to the minute ,and not a minute more ,
also the toasting is very uniform ,just before the first crack

the volcanic soil and shade are less of a taste factor ,but rather ensure healthy and full beans

the rule of hand of coffee is that there is no bad coffee grown (not entirely true)but every thing that happens after it is picked is responsible for what ever quality is produced and sold (totaly true)
