Depends on how long ago they expired..if they are years old, throw them out. If they expired a week ago and you still have a few left they are alright. They will not hurt you, but you will not get the same benefit from them as they have lost their potentcy. If it were me, I would ditch them and buy new...they are not all that expensive, and you want the total benefits of them, right? Just buy new, and you will have nothing to worry about.

Eating anything expired is not good. Now, I am not a Doctor, so take this with a grain of salt: If you already ate them, I would not worry too much as I understand expiration in most vitamins is just a matter of loosing potency. Easy way to find out: Ask a pharmacist or Doctor.
Hope this helps,

It is OK to consume expired vitamins as long as they are not more then a year overdue. My mom is a nurse and has given us expired vitamins and we all grew up healthy.

Vitamins that are expired aren't bad for you, but they don't have the full potential they are meant to have. Because of this you won't be getting what you need.

No, they can't hurt you, but they no longer have the same potency. They just get weaker the older they are.
