What causes garlic breath from a person I have known for years?

No, no secret garlic consumption. I use the same toothpaste and we both floss, eat the same food.

he may have a gastric/stomach problem. not eating properly/on time, not having proper digestion, no regular bowel movements or an hyperacidic stomach may cause it. our breath not only comes from the mouth but also internally from our stomach. my dad has the same problem.
