If your puppy isn't eating or drinking water and is lethargic ("lazy", "sleepy") you need to get her to a vet NOW. She could have internal parasites that are making her sick, or she could have a more serious disease like Parvo or HGE.
It's essential that you keep the puppy hydrated. If she's not drinking water and becomes dehydrated, her internal organs will shut down and she will die. If she won't drink water by herself, you may have to force-feed her the water by using a turkey baster or needle-less syringe and squiring the water into her mouth.
You can check to see if the pup is dehydrated by doing a simple skin-pinch test. Pinch up some of the skin and fur on the back of the puppy's neck and lift it straight up away from the pup's body. Then let the skin go. If the skin snaps back into place, the dog is well hydrated, but if the skin goes back into place slowly or remains pinched up, the dog is dehydrated and needs medical attention NOW.

my dog did the exact same thing... we were going to take her to the vet, but after a day or 2 she was perfectly normal. Id say that if she isnt herself again within a day take her to the vet and have her checked out and also remember that puppys up to about 6 months old sleep 18 hours a day. If she eats alot of grass then it means she has a stomachache. Dogs eat grass when their stomach hurts.

Is this puppy from a pet store or a private breeder? In any case, you should take her to the vet and get her checked out, particularly if she has not had her puppy shots.

its very important that animals eat. they cant tell us that they are sick and need to go to the doc so instead they dont eat, drink, play, etc. I would make an appointment with the vet just in case. you love your puppy and if something bad happened it wouldnt be good. it may be a simple stomach virus. make an appointment.

I would at least call the vet since the puppy is so little. You want to make sure she doesn't get too dehydrated.

I would contact your vet soon and get her in. It could be intestinal parasites, parvo or foreign body ingestion.
