How come women aren't allowed to be ministers or the Pope?

I mean Catholic or Christian. I don't know the difference between the religions :/

Perhaps, although Eve sinned first, the rest of the Bible blames Adam for the Fall. Maybe that is sexist. And Jesus first revealed himself to women after the resurrection and asked them to spread the word, even at time when a woman's testimony was near worthless in that culture.

No, God is not sexist.
Women are allowed to be ministers. There are quite a number of them. The Methodist church probably has the largest number of female ministers.
I am so glad you asked this.
I don't know what you mean about the Pope question. He is head of the Catholic church and is the supreme minister. (I doubt, though, that the Catholic church will ever have a female for a Pope. That would be nice though. The Roman Catholic church is another subject indeed.

I don't believe God is sexist.
In many churches women can be ministers, and when you're talking about the Pope, that's just Catholics.

Well if you want to believe the Bible which has been created by sexist, power-hungry men thousands of years ago and modified by sexist, power-hungry men today, then yes. God is very sexist.

Women are different. Different doesn't mean lesser or bad, just means we are equipped for different services. Being mothers and caretakers are very high callings in life. It's not second-best. Don't let the world sell you short!

no God aint sexist this is what it is-God does exist but alot of the bible (not all of it) but alot of it was tainted and changed by the hands of sexist men because that was the way of the world at the time dont believe that thats God's way tho he loves all of us the same male and female

if he was real why did he bring breast cancer,ovarian cancer, to ladies then also he said that women arnt allowed to say anything in church, and that womens should be slaves of men
