What's a good workout that will help me lose some weight- I eat healthy, I just don't know all that much about workouts.
Please specify the routine and how long the workout will take. Also, please be sure I can do this workout AT HOME.
I'll try all the workouts and give 10 points to the one I like the most. Thanks!

would have to depend on what area of your body you want to lose weight. If its your stomach then crunches, sit ups, and push ups. Legs walking up stairs or running. Arms sit ups, lifting up weights. Before you do exercise you might want to stretch for example do jumping jack, a small jog, lunges or stretching legs. You might want to start a diet to for breakfast have a small breakfast like cereal or oatmeal. Lunch a salad or a sandwitch. Dinner would include protein meat, fish, chicken, or beans with a side of vegatables. Remember dont over fill yourself up take a fist full of food thats the right poportion.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.

www.eatbetteramerica.com has lots of ideas in the Fitness section and www.about.com informs people about anything and everything, so I really recommend them both. I'm not just telling you this for the ten points, but I'm trying to get healthier, too, so just think of it as friend helping friend. I'm sorry I couldn't put any specific answers on here, but there are so many ideas on eatbetteramerica.com that I couldn't list them all. I imagine www.rd.com (Reader's Digest) would have lots of information, too, so check it out.
