SMILE
(Practice in the mirror if you think you need to)
Go out and meet people with a smile on your face.
Listen to them, don't tell them all your woes.

Make new friends, join some kind of league, go out alone to coffee shops, take some classes at the local college.Do anything that will get you out of the house to meet new people. Once you meet a couple your in their circle, which can help extend your network. If you are in group you will open up. Do not be afraid to show your true colors, life is short, live it while you can. Ther are nice girls out there that are still single. The nice ones sometimes get left behind.

u can get stuck in a rut if ur not sociable then its hard try moving into a communial house, i was living on my own for 9 years in a quiet area , i then moved to a busy high st area into a big shared house with 8 others and now i can't get any peace with people popping in,this means ur around people all the time and this is when invitations arise with people who aren't work mates, and u don't have to do pottery classes, as 4 the opposite sex, confidence comes with age and experience.so get some practice with a professional. ur only young you'll look back in 5 years and wonder wot u were worrying about

The guy before is just nasty.
It can be tough 'getting out there'
Why don't you try online dating to get your confidence up? Even if you just chat on the web.
Evening classes are a good way of meeting people with common interests.
Failing that come up to Edinburgh and i'll show you a good night out! x :-)

Modern life can be lonely, go out to club (evening classes etc), where people with your intrests meet and hang out. Be yourself and you will find people to talk to and then go out with and then after some time, you will meet some one special. Don't give up, life is out there go get it and smile.

you need to start going out more to local pubs and clubs being 24 myself you need to make women become more aware that your about and available. Whilst your out you will make new friends whom you can then go out with and build up a good strong friendship with especially Work colleauges, college/uni friends etc start socialising and you'll find the ladies start to pay you more attention

its easier said than done, but just go out to a bar or somewhere, not really a night club it too noisy for a conversation, and talk!!! to girls a few of them, get numbers and just keep in contact, just keep it simple!!!!!! but dont go to a nightclub and expect to find a girlfriend, everyone is there to either be drunk and have a laugh or be promiscuos!!!!!!!
