Good question...I think the answer is yes. Here are some good verses to support this...

2All a man’s ways seem right to him, but the Lord weighs the heart. (Prov 21)

The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. (1 Cor 2)

27The lamp of the Lord searches the spirit of a man ; it searches out his inmost being. (prov 20)

"19This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.
20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.
21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."

Absolutely. When your eye catches on a beautiful woman, it's not because you've measured her figure out as being exactly 36-24-36. When you get the feeling you've forgotten something, it's not because you've felt every pocket, and looked for every item you needed. When you say hi to a total stranger just because you're walking past them, and when you walk past someone without even looking at them, it's not because you've estimated the amount of spare change in their pocket, or measured, exactly, the size of the frown on their face that you could cheer up. When you touch something hot and jerk your hand away, your brain doesn't think "Oh, that's hot, get your had off of it." You just do it. Some people call that reflexes, but the truth is, the information goes right to our brain, and goes right back, with the decision to move your hand away.

All these times, we aren't using our conscious intellect to make decisions. The decisions are being made without the use of our conscious mind, and only after the decision has already been made do we use our conscious mind to recognize that we've made a choice, and then we decide that it was a good choice, and we keep doing it, or sometimes, we decide it was a silly choice based on old biases, and we consciously stop ourselves, and do something different.

Is all this the working of some "Soul?" Well, that's another matter entirely, for which there is no evidence. Souls are supernatural objects, and none of the natural laws, natural observations, or natural instruments of science can find evidence to determine whether or not there is such a thing as a soul.

Absolutely. Our subconsiouse keeps information and guides us. We do things which we don't understand why. Our soul is in tune with G-d even when phisically we are not.

Yes. I think we know when our spirit is talking to us too and sometimes we choose to ignore it. That's when we get into trouble!
