Yes, you probably will, but drink plenty of water because it helps flush fat out. You don't want to dehydrate yourself. Plus, the water will somewhat help with the growling-tummy problem.

Yes, the worse thing you can do if you are trying to lose weight, is eat within two hours of going to bed. It all lays there turning into fat, because you are not doing anything for the next 6-8 hours to burn up the calories.

I would have to say yes. they say that eating say after 7:30 at night isnt good for you. ??? When I dont eat after exercising and go to bed I think I have lost weight. the scales say so.

You might wake up weighing 2-5 pounds lighter from losing water weight, but true fat loss takes time. Water weight comes back on fast.

All you will do if you keep that up, is get majorly sick and weak.
The best way to lose weight is drink PLENTY of water, and do TONS of Cardio. I've lost ten pounds.
