Use salon shampoo/conditioner that's designed for giving sleek hair. I've used the Matrix ones, and they work pretty well. Be careful with deep conditioners though, sometimes they leave hair too oily looking, so don't use them or at least, not too often. After you wash your hair, use cold air to dry it, that gives hair less volume. Also, before you go to school, use some hair styling products to keep it straight.

Depending on how curly/straight your hair naturally is will determine how you can get the straight hair you want. I personally have wavy hair and when I was a bit younger (13) I would iron my hair with a clothes iron because its the only thing that would work (or at least the only thing that didnt take HOURS to straighten my hair), but then I discovered the "Remington Wet-2-Straight" which you can use on wet hair and it drys and straightens all in one and doesn't damage your hair because it has steam vents. I would still put something on my hair to protect it from the heat though. It doesnt hurt to. The pink L'oreal bottle is what I use. Hope that helps!

You can use a straightener without damaging your hair. You just have to make sure you put some product in it first. At wal-mart or cvs they have a product called Neutrogena moisture shine serum, its five dollars and it lasts forever. After you wash your hair and you towel dry it put like a dime size of the product in youjr hands and rub your hands together and put it through your damp hair.Blow dry as you normally do then put another dime size of the product through your hair and then you can iron it.Start with small section starting at the bottom of the back and just put the rest up on top of your head and keep bringing down small sections and iron them.If you don't have an iron they have them at wal-mart for like 20 dollars. Do not listen to this crazy woman telling you to relax your hair, that will fry your hair.

it sounds kinda dumb but don't wash your hair more than 2 times a week, and when you do wash it take a few drops of baby oil and rub it between your hands and then smooth it over your hair, if you want a really stright look put your hair up at night pulled tight agianst your head, that way you dont damage it with irons

what i would suggest is using one of those children relaxers like a just for me pcj no lye relaxer its the name that mothers' trust. leave it on your hair for about a half hour follow the directions throughly and follow with a deep conditioning treatment and you shouldnt have that problem. after conditioning apply some green bergemont hair conditioning creme and style as desired.
good luck
