You're up to 56 with only a little buzz? You do have a high tolerance level.
No just kidding. It does sound as though your toleration level is getting higher. I think there are a few determinants in considering toleration. Age - when you get older your body doesn't function as well as it did when you were younger and so you don't tolerate alcohol as well. Your mental state - if you are worried, upset about something, it seems to lower your toleration level. How tired you are. The toleration seems to go down proportionately with the degree of your "tiredness". And, how long it has been since you've eaten. If your stomach still has food in it, you won't get drunk as quickly.

Time for a rest I think, you will feel better for it.The human body and especially the liver can recover from Alcohol quite quickly taking about 3 days to be totally clear.Tolerance to alcohol differs from person to person but we all have one thing in common, that being the more often we drink the more Alcohol is needed for the same effect.Always eat before you drink, don't get drunk one day after another, have a break in between and never have a"hair of the dog" the next morning.
I can't tell you to drink sensibly but if you follow these few rules and use your common sense you will be fine.

Yes your body is becoming more tolerant to alcohol. As it does with any drug. If you cut back to healthy levels, you will again get a little buzz from one can. Four cans of extra strong lager is not good for you - look up the healthy alcohol levels for men and women.

Sounds like you are increasing your intake of alcohol..and yes..your body will accept more with less a buzz as time goes on. Eventually you could go to the stronger spirits and that could cause you problems later. Be a social drinker, if you must, and you will always get that buzz from a few drinks through moderation.

It quite relies upon on a lot. How lengthy have you ever been eating? How lengthy have you ever been not eating? Does it take position with any alcohol, or are some varieties more effective perfect then others? in all likelihood, its not something yet your body reminding you what takes position once you drink too a lot. Take a wreck for a lengthy time period. Then, commence with beer or wine. do not attempt to be a hero and chug, shotgun, beerbong, and so on. in basic terms drink it. See the way you do. i'd stay faraway from puzzling liquor although, for now. Ease into it. there's no rationalization for photos.

You may be heading towards alcohoism.
Try going without alcohol for 20 days, drink only tea, coffee, fruit juice or water. If during the 20 days you desire alcohol then you are showing the early stages of alcoholism, this being the case you should abstain for at least 3 months.

Your body is building a tolerance for it. Then it will reverse, and it will take less, because your tissues will be saturated with it. Then, no matter how much you drink...you won't be able to get drunk. This is a progressive disease...and it gets women faster than men.

Be careful. You can develop a habit. It is more than a tolerance. If you start to shake, stop drinking. Also, if you're a woman, hormonal cycles can also affect your tolerance, as well as amount of sleep, food and activity.
