I would say go back and get another bloodtest or ultrasound. I had a friend who took a blood test before surgery, and it was negative, but she was actually PG (which she found out months later), so bloodtests aren't always right. I'd say it is more likely something going on with your hormones, but it is better to find out for sure and be positive.

Some women want a baby so bad that there bodies can actually be tricked into thinking it's pregnant i know someone personally that experienced this...that would explain the negative tests and periods...you could be but i'd say it's highly unlikely

I think that you should go to the doctors and demand an ultrasound if you are this convinced that you are pregnant.
That is the only way to find out.

Good luck!

Go to the doctor, tell them the story, and insist on an ultrasound. You will get a clear answer to your question.

The symptoms that you're experiencing may be what's called "psychosematic" meaning: you want to be pregnant sooooo bad that you're body is misleading.

Get a sonogram. Sometimes when we want something that badly our body makes us think that it happened. It happens more often than you think.
