does any one know of a vet place in Houston that spades dogs for free for the disabled?

I have a pit and my grandfather wants her fixed, and it is his dog. He was injured and is disabled and heard about a place that does such a thing but we dont know where or the name.

Why not contact your local ASPCA or animal shelter. They can probably provide you with the information. Also, you want to spay your dog, not spade.
