You can try this home remedy for hair loss, grind fenugreek seeds with water and apply on the head after oiling the hair. Leave it at least for 40 minutes before washing. Do it every morning for a month.
Don't use strong shampoo, and take good rich protein diet.

Do you mean your hair is falling out? When I was pregnant, I didn't lose any hair for those nine months, so after I gave birth I suddenly lost tons and tons of hair to make up for it. It was a bummer, especially when it started to grow out and I had thousands of stubby little hairs all over, but you can take comfort in the thought that you probably won't lose ALL of your hair.

I have a 7 months old, and I had AWESOME hair during my whole pregnancy, but as soon as my little one was out, I began to shed like a dog during summer time...ew! It was bad! Lately, it's slowed down a bit, your best bet is to go to a Salon and have them recommend something good! I have yet to go, you know, with a baby and all, it's hard to just get up and go and research Shampoos and other hair products...I do hope to get around to it, but you aren't alone, many women go through it, it's part of the great ol'post pardum phase.

it could simply be that your hormones are still out of whack from giving birth (especially if you're breast feeding) and it will correct itself in the next few months. mine took 6-8 months to stop each time.
you may want to check with your doctor if it seems extreme
