Sony Tv is Acting Funny?

I Have a Sony Trinitron 27 inch FlatscreenTelevision. where the screen is red and messes up the picture. whats wrong with my tv and how can I fix it?

Do you have external speakers setting next to the TV? The magnetic field will cause discoloration of the screen. If this is the problem, simply move the speakers. If they left there too long it can cause permanent damage.
If there are no external speakers near the set, it could be any number of things causing your problem. I suggest you have it serviced by a professional. Do not attempt to fix it yourself. Televisions hold electricity even after being unplugged and if you don't know what you're doing you could get quite a jolt.
