The Asian Ginseng which is one of the ingredients in CorEnergy is traditionally used as an energizer but Ginseng's non-specific ability to balance a variety of metabolic functions has been reported including increased tolerance to stress, enhanced level of performance, normalizing high or low blood pressure, etc.

Hope this is useful and feel to contact me with questions.

Blood pressure measurements don't count for anything if you've been walking around. Ideally, you should be sitting down for at least 5 minutes or so. Blood pressure also can vary during the day, so it's best to get measurements from similar times during the day. No caffeine in the morning either. These measurements should be repeated on a few separate occasions. Some people get "white coat hypertension" when they go to the doctor's office because they are nervous. Probably blood pressure medicines wouldn't kill you. But you don't necessarily need blood pressure medicines if your blood pressure is only high while active. When doctors study the effects of high blood pressure, they study the effects of people who are diagnosed with it as described above. You are probably at no higher cardiac risk from your blood pressure.

If your lower number is 37 then you are depleted in fluids and in danger of fainting.
The 101 is fine.
Drink lots of water, and add a bit of salt to your diet. Or eat a salty snack and then drink. This will increase the water in your blood which will increase your pressure. If you have the flu you likely aren't drinking enough. Jello is a good thing to eat when you don't feel well.
Keep hydrated.

Are you taking any medications that could lower your BP. Also if the dr office used a machine to take the BP; it may need to be calibrated. I hate the machines. When I was pregnant with my youngest my BP was 80/40 and they weren't concerned. Of course call the dr office and speak to the dr and/or nurse about it.

I would review it with your doctor. pressure varies due to age, size and other medication conditions.

If your doctor did not mention t, call thier office back to review it.
