Seriously, they were created 100s of millions of years before man so why did God create them and then destroy them?

Remember that dinosaurs died out some 65 million years ago and had roamed on earth for many, many millions of years. That said, I submit they (and I'm not a believer of intelligent-design) existed not only as part of the evolution chain, but so mankind can utilize their death's by-product which took those millions of years to produce: oil and coal.

My opinion, two reasons. One to help peek our curiosity in something and study it. But the biggest reason, not just the dinosaurs, but everything (plants, rocks, etc) have become today's natural resources. Mined Coal comes from prehistoric plants and such, let alone how long it takes to makes diamonds. Oil is the same way, just a liquid.

as most people know all life must live in an Eco system ,WELL to answer your question, dinosaurs and the plants they ate were very large thus creating large fecal matter (fertilizer) so over millions of years the dead plants fices and other matter created an ecosystem then a large meteor broke though the frozen upper atmosphere thus reducing the oxygen Rich air callusing the large animals to die of suffication and the smaller animals to thrive ,i hope you were helped by my explination.

Well, if God created them, they could only be at the most 6000 years old, not 100s of millions, and no one knows what happened. The Bible doesn't talk about it, so why care?

Just today I saw some pictures and was reading about fossils of fern leaves/plants. Hmmm, how long did it supposedly take to change materials into rock-hard fossils? Wouldn't things as fragile as ferns have broken or rotted or decayed long before they formed excellent fossil images of ferns?

My belief is God is Omnipotent.He is a creator, I feel His power is so Strong any thought He has becomes.Put aside dinosaurs why cockroaches,The universe is endless, thus my theory He thinks , It becomes.

Experimentation and evolution on the part of the creator . to find a good working model to build on. and to provide the material for what we use today.coal, tar, oil.

THERES ALREADY SOME GOOD ANSWERS.I ALSO BELIVE LET GOD DO WHAT EVER GOD WANTS..........THEN I HAVE HEARD OF THE THEORY THAT THE DINOSAURS WERE THE ORIGINAL BODIES OF THE DEMONS?????????? ANOTHER IDEA IS I READ IN THE NEWS REPORTS THAT SCIENTISTS HAVE DECIDED THAT DINOSAURS DIDNT REALLY LOOK LIKE GIANT LIZARDS. BUT THAT THEY HAVE PROVEN THAT THEY ORIGINALLY HAD FEATHERS AND SOME FUR!
