First of all i take it you mean with a shot gun, The easyest way to approach it is to hope in your car with a pair of banoculars and have a drive around your surounding countryside looking for flocks of pigeons and there feeding spots. Ounce located fined whose land it is and approach them, Always make sure your apropriatley dresses (not camo gear) Interduce your self and let the farmer/landowner know that you know what your talking about. Any farmer who is having trouble with pigeons etc will be more than happy to let you shoot. Never abuse it ounce you have it, its easy took away from you. I have lots of pigeon shooting just by asking the right things and a little respect. good luck

Any where in the country if its free land,, pigeons arent protected so as long as the land isnt private, or you have been told not to , bang away

there is no free shooting of any thing it cost go to N.Ireland and it cost to buy the ammo !

Outside in the country would be your best bet, just take your airgun, shotgun or whatever and plenty of ammunition, find the bird you want and fire away to your hearts content!
