It could be sinuses and/or allergies -- your question was a little vague, do you have sneezing, itchy, watery eyes...or is it a sharp stabbing pain that comes and goes -- could be a tension headache -- you might want to check with a doctor if you continue to experience the pain... Good luck!

Sounds like you might have stress headaches. Do you read a lot or strain a lot? Relax and breathe and get some fresh air...take a break every half hour if you can. Can be a sinus headache too but sounds to me like the type I used to get when I worked myself too hard.
